All products are designed and handcrafted with mixed media jewelry techniques.

Shipments within Colombia take 1 to 5 business days to reach their
destination after you receive the tracking number via email. We dispatch
packages through DHL or Coordinadora as appropriate.

If an item is out of stock it may take 3-6 weeks to recreate in addition
to shipping time. We will do our best to stay in touch and get your
order to you as soon as possible.

Claro Oscuro is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes on international shipments. 

Please ensure that you accurately enter your shipping address when checking out. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.

In the case that your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to help from our end, but ultimately we are not responsible for these circumstances. Once we hand over our packages to the postal carrier, we are no longer liable for them. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged, it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. If you would like additional insurance for your package, please contact us and we’d be happy to arrange it for you.

Up to 15 calendar days exclusively for manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal deterioration due to use.

Keep in mind that the duration of the bath, the shine and the color, depends on the good use and treatment you give to your jewelry. Please note that our products are made of silver, so their base is silver-colored. Over time, the gold plating may wear off, and your jewelry may appear silver in color.

The PH of each skin is different and can also affect the silver browning and color of plated.
